Welcome to Sahfar Academy, a division of Sahfar IT Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. By enrolling in any course or training program with us, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below. This Agreement establishes the rights and obligations of both the applicant and Sahfar Academy during the course of our association.


1. Bookings

Sahfar Academy offers both face-to-face offline training and online e-learning modules for a seamless learning experience. To enroll:

  • Visit our official website and complete the Applicant Enrollment Form with accurate and comprehensive details.
  • Submit the completed form through any of the following methods:
    • Offline submission.
    • Official WhatsApp number.
    • Official email address.
  • Upon successful submission, you will receive confirmation via phone and email. This confirmation indicates that your application has been registered in Sahfar Academy’s official system.

2. Payments

  • Payment Methods:
    Applicants can pay course fees via:

    • Online payment methods, including UPI, QR codes, debit/credit cards, or direct bank transfer.
    • Offline payments via cash (ensure receipt collection).
  • Payment Confirmation:
    A receipt will be issued upon successful payment and emailed to you. If payment details are inaccurate, or authorization is declined by your bank or credit card company, your application will be void.
  • Payment Deadlines:
    Fees must be cleared before the training commencement date. Taxes, as per Indian Government regulations, will be applicable.

3. Applicant Obligations

By enrolling with Sahfar Academy, applicants agree to:

  • Not share login credentials for online training sessions with any third party.
  • Maintain a respectful and conducive learning environment during sessions.
  • Comply with all academy rules and security protocols.

Code of Conduct:
Sahfar Academy reserves the right to remove any applicant exhibiting inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.


4. Limitations of Liability

  • Views and opinions expressed by trainers are their own and may not reflect those of Sahfar Academy.
  • Sahfar Academy assumes no liability for decisions made by applicants based on training content or materials.
  • The academy is not responsible for payment errors or delays caused by the applicant’s banking provider or payment platform.

5. Warranties

  • Sahfar Academy guarantees professional training aligned with industry standards, delivered by experienced trainers.
  • Course materials, one-on-one guidance, placement preparation, and lifetime support are provided as per the course prospectus.
  • The academy reserves the right to replace trainers if necessary for enhanced training quality.
  • The availability of online content is subject to technological constraints, and Sahfar Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course materials, including text, graphics, designs, and recorded webinars, are the exclusive property of Sahfar Academy.
  • Applicants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course materials solely for personal learning.
  • Copying, reproducing, uploading, or distributing course materials without prior written consent from Sahfar Academy is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of intellectual property rights.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Fees:
    Course fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.
  • Course Changes:
    Applicants may request a course change, subject to the company’s discretion and applicable terms.
  • Course Cancellations by Sahfar Academy:
    In cases of insufficient enrollment, Sahfar Academy reserves the right to cancel a course with prior notice. A full refund of the course fee will be issued. However, any additional costs incurred by the applicant for payment processing will not be reimbursed.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties will endeavor to reach an amicable resolution. Failing which, the matter will be subject to applicable laws and regulations in India.


9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Sahfar Academy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Applicants are advised to periodically review this document for updates.
